Large Leaf Hosta
Large leaf hosta can add drama to your garden area and create beautiful backdrops for smaller hosta or other plants. Hostas look wonderful on their own or mixed into a perennial bed as background or groundcover plants. Background hosta are large plants that can act as a backdrop for other smaller shade garden plants or smaller hosta in the foreground. The foliage of the background hosta can compliment or contrast with the foliage of other plants to create different effects in the garden.

Hostas with very large leaves can range in size from 3 to 5 feet high and/or wide depending on their overall setting ... sun/soil/moisture.
